Our mission is based on five pillars that include Quality, Partnership, Innovation, Social Impact, and Responsible Ownership.

design impact
initiatives / Design Impact

Design Impact is a non-profit organization dreamt and proposed by one of our employees, Ramsey Ford, and his wife, Kate Hanisian. Kaleidoscope worked with Design Impact from its infancy stages, helping to launch an organization that provides design thinking in the developing world.

We agreed to a two-year financial commitment to fund and support the initiation of Design Impact, currently working on two social design products in Tamil Nadu, India. Kaleidoscope continues to provide design and engineering support for Design Impact’s programs and is proud to affect social change through design.

greener grass
initiatives / The Greener Grass

In 2007 we spent a year developing ideas for problems that mattered to us. We called it “The Greener Grass” and it has carried over to our new blog.

The Greener Grass uses our resources to initiate positive change by opening discourse, connecting people, and becoming a conduit for new thinking and discussion that leads to positive outcomes. Our goal is to build a community by interviewing experts and thought leaders, identifying trends, and creating concepts for products, services, and ideas that bring solutions to life.
